Hilltop Community Resources is seeking a Family Navigator to support parents and children using the Parents as Teachers framework. You will conduct personal visits, group sessions, and screenings to connect families with essential resources and strengthen family well-being.

As part of a collaborative team, you will maintain accurate participant records, plan parenting classes, and coordinate with partner agencies to help families achieve goals.

Competenze

• Two years of college or two years of related work experience or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Support parents and children using the PAT framework and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct one-on-one visits, group meetings, and screenings to connect families with resources.
• Maintain participant files and data per program regulations.
• Collaborate with external agencies to help clients meet goals.
• Plan and lead parenting classes and activities based on curriculum requirements.
