Job summary

Pacific Clinics is seeking a part-time Wraparound program clinician to provide direct behavioral health services to youth and families in the community and at family homes. You will link youth to community resources, support transitions to lower levels of care, and collaborate with a family-driven team to achieve positive outcomes.

Work includes evenings and weekends, 20 hours weekly, with a focus on strength-based interventions, documentation, and coordination with caregivers and schools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience preferred.
• Experience implementing behavior plans and coordinating with families.
• Trauma-informed care approach and data collection for outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services to youth and families.
• Documents services and maintains productivity per regulations.
• Builds relationships with parents, youth, and others involved.
• Uses strengths-based approaches to plan and implement interventions.
• Engages families and community resources to support ongoing progress.
