Job summary

You will work with a Team Lead to support families toward positive outcomes, meet contract timelines, and handle progress notes while traveling across the county as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree with related work experience in working with families.
• Ability to relate to families of varied lifestyles and backgrounds; knowledge of child safety and family services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to read and interpret policies and write progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term coordination of services and resources to assigned families based on needs and stressors.
• Meet with families regularly to address issues using evidence-based curriculum and community resources.
• Collaborate with Team Lead to support families in reaching positive outcomes.
• Ensure contract timelines are met, including weekly progress notes and tasks.
• Be flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends; travel extensively within the county/metro area.
