Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to provide direct and indirect support to families in the Family Preservation Program, collaborating with case managers, therapists, and community partners to meet goals and improve child safety and stability.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, offering coaching and crisis intervention, and assisting families with SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, and employment services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direct and indirect support to families in home, school, and community settings.
• Coordinate community resources (e.g., healthcare, childcare, housing, employment, benefits).
• Collaborate with case managers and therapists to implement case plans.
• Offer emotional support, coaching, crisis intervention, and parenting guidance.
• Assist families with accessing services such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, and employment support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and prepare records for audits.
• Identify and address barriers to family engagement and service success.
• Transport clients as required and attend court proceedings when applicable.
• Support ongoing communication between families and service providers.
• Promote teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and agency values.
