Job summary

Omni Family of Services in Ohio is hiring a full-time Family Support Specialist to work with children and families throughout Hamilton County in home, school, and community settings.

You will help families build stability, skills, and hope by delivering trauma-responsive, family-centered services and connecting them with resources. The role emphasizes compassionate engagement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

  • QMHS eligibility in Ohio required or preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience with children, families, behavioral health, or human-service settings is preferred.
  • Comfort delivering services in homes and community settings.
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Lived experience caring for someone with behavioral health challenges is valued.

Omni Family of Services is hiring a full-time Family Support Specialist to work with children and families throughout Hamilton County.

This is a home and community-based position. You will work directly with children, caregivers, and families in their homes, schools, and communities to help them build skills, strengthen relationships, increase stability, and navigate behavioral health and family challenges.

What you bring to this role:
  • QMHS eligibility in Ohio
