Job summary

Omni Family of Services is seeking a Community-Based Therapist to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families across Hamilton County. This full-time role is home- and community-based, with in-person sessions in family homes, schools, and community settings, and telehealth when appropriate.

The clinician will work with families facing trauma, behavioral health challenges, and complex life circumstances, focusing on building relationships and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Clinical knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and interventions.
• Ability to conduct therapy with children, adolescents, and families.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Coordinate with caregivers and community partners as needed.

Skills

Ohio license in good standing

Education

Master's degree preferred

Omni Family of Services is hiring a full-time Community-Based Therapist to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families throughout Hamilton County.

This is a home and community-based clinical position. You will provide in-person services in family homes, schools, and community settings, with telehealth available when appropriate.

You’ll work with children and families experiencing trauma, behavioral health challenges, family conflict, custody disruption, reunification, and other complex life circumstances. Your work may focus on the child, caregiver, or entire family system depending on what is needed.

• Ohio behavioral health license in good standing: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT. Masters's degree preferred.
• Possess a strong working knowledge of clinical diagnoses using the DSM 5 and interventions to address mental health conditions
• Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
