Child and Family Focus, Inc. seeks a Family Support Partner to assist families and youth in Bucks County through the High-Fidelity Family Teams Process.

The role centers on guiding families to build a supportive team of natural, community, and system-based resources, using personal life experiences to model navigating systems with family voice. This full-time position emphasizes partnership with families, participation in meetings, and completion of individualized plans, fostering empowerment

Qualifications

• Be the parent of a child with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to attend evening appointments (5-7:30pm) 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• The Family Support Partner will work with families to develop a team of supports (natural, community, and systems) and will use their own life experiences to model for families how to navigate systems using their voice while developing natural supports within their own community to reach their family vision.
