Qualifications

• Be the parent of a child with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to attend evening appointments (5-7:30pm) 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Work with families and youth throughout Bucks County in the High-Fidelity Family Teams Process.
• Provide family support and guidance during meetings and in completing individualized plans.
• Help develop a team of natural, community, and system supports.
• Model navigation of systems using family voice and develop natural supports.
