Job summary

Community Resources for Children is seeking a Family Support Specialist to assist families in navigating CRC programs and resources. The role includes providing information, referrals, and case management to active and prospective CRC families, while supporting enrollment forms and community referrals based on need.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Centralized Eligibility List (CEL), delivering family education, and coordinating outreach events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child development, human services, social work or related subject preferred.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Two years of work experience in community-based organizations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and referrals to CRC clients and navigate program options.
• Maintain CEL applications and support enrollment processes for families.
• Deliver family education programs and perform case management duties as needed.
• Coordinate outreach and family-support events throughout the year.
• Maintain databases and documentation; analyze data for reporting.
