Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three years of experience in providing social service, child development, family services or working in a childcare setting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in social services or related field may substitute for required experience.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule transportation in various modes for Family Support Workers transporting children under CPS, including relocation/placement in foster homes and medical visits.
• Assist with supervising children in the play area while parents meet with Family Care Managers.
• Supervise parental and/or family visitations and monitor visitation time; report observations as required.
• Establish positive relationships with children, natural parents, foster/adoptive parents and extended family.
• Demonstrate commitment to providing superior customer service and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.
