Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular long-term home visiting services for a caseload of families.
• Provide parenting, child development, and home safety education.
• Complete developmental and parent screens; use curriculum to model positive interactions.
• Assist families in goal setting and connecting to community resources.
• Submit required documentation; participate in supervision, trainings, and meetings.
• Possibly conduct outreach and refer families to ancillary services.
