New River Valley Community Services is seeking a dedicated Parent Coach to support families and caregivers. You will conduct case management, coordinate services, and provide skill-building and education to guardians involved with the Department of Social Services and other community systems.

The role emphasizes wrap-around care delivery in collaboration with NRVCS programs, with opportunities for ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness or substance use disorders preferred.
• Experience with adults, children, and families preferred.
• Additional compensation possible for multilingual candidates.

Responsabilités

• Parent Coach Staff deliver case management and coordination, skill building, and education to caregivers/guardians involved with the Department of Social Services and other community systems.
• This team works closely with NRVCS programs in delivering wrap around care.
