Job summary

Net-Centers-Net-Community-Care seeks a Resource Parent Support Worker to support resource parents caring for children at the General level of care. You will coach, coordinate services, and report on cases to promote placement stability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, at least one year of direct social work experience in behavioral health, and CPR/clearances. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; strong communication with partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• At least one year of direct social work experience providing services to children and families in a behavioral health setting.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support to resource parents to promote stability of General placements.
• Engage in face-to-face coaching and behavior modification with resource parents.
• Coordinate services and communicate with external partners on assigned cases.
• Audit and report on assigned cases to ensure compliance and outcomes.
