The position involves supervising staff, maintaining records, supporting parent committees, and participating in Policy Council activities. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with preferred supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services or related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Proficient with computer programs for data entry and analysis.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage family services, engagement and enrollment in the assigned area per Head Start Standards and EEC subsidy regulations.
• Monitor classroom records and staff progress for assigned classrooms.
• Review electronic reports and ensure required information is entered by staff.
• Assist with PIR completion and data reporting.
• Support Parent Committees and family engagement activities; manage Policy Council elections and participation.
