Job summary

ECS4Kids is hiring a Head Start Enrollment Specialist to enroll eligible children and families in Head Start/Early Head Start and maintain center enrollment across Florida. You will build trusted relationships with families to create effective family support plans and ensure follow-up services are provided.

The role requires coordinating referrals, maintaining records, and collaborating with program staff to support children’s development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Credential/certification in social work or related field within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible children and families in Head Start/Early Head Start and maintain enrollment.
• Develop family support plans to promote self-reliance and healthy interdependence.
• Provide referrals to services and follow up with families.
