Job summary

Save the Children in the United States seeks a Family Service Coordinator (FSC) to manage a caseload of families in Head Start and Early Head Start, delivering ongoing support in partnership with families to build skills for self-sufficiency and readiness for school. You will conduct home visits, document services, and support leadership by collaborating with PFCE and community partners.

You will ensure ERSEA compliance, help families set goals, and maintain accurate records while fostering

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in family or child development, or related credential.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing systems management, and public relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Head Start families with ongoing support.
• Build trusting partnerships with families to promote self-sufficiency and school readiness.
• Support families in developing goals and documenting services for program records.
• Ensure ERSEA requirements and enrollment processes are properly followed.
• Maintain safe, organized family records (electronic and paper).
