Job summary

Rose Hills is seeking a Family Service Counselor to support client families by arranging at-need cemetery services and pre-need plans. You will serve as the primary contact, delivering personalized service and generating revenue for the cemetery.

In this role you will generate leads, build lasting relationships with families, coordinate with funeral directors and staff, and ensure high-quality service. Evening and weekend availability, along with a valid driver’s license and basic computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads daily with 1-2 hours of self-led prospecting.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly with respectful and professional communication.
• Build relationships with families, listen to needs, and offer suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to deliver seamless service.
• Follow up on customer issues and requests to ensure satisfaction.
