Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Family Service Advisor at Memorial Park Funeral Home, Crematory & Cemetery to guide families through planning their final celebration with empathy and expertise.

This role is a consultative sales position with unlimited earning potential through commissions, while receiving comprehensive training. You will help families honor loved ones across our nationwide network, building trusted relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Sell funeral services through consultative sales and guidance to families.
• Assist families in planning and coordinating final celebrations with empathy and professionalism.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline with qualified leads and referrals.
• Participate in extensive training and leverage growth opportunities within the nationwide network.
