Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group in Frederick, MD is seeking a Family Service Advisor to guide families through funeral planning with empathy and consultative sales. You will help families honor loved ones while building a compassionate, trusted relationship.

You will receive extensive training, develop a sales pipeline with qualified leads, and have opportunities for career growth within our nationwide network. This full-time role features a commission-based earning structure that rewards performance

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic guidance to families planning final celebrations and offer consultative sales to meet their needs.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline with qualified leads through our network.
