Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Resource Specialist to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. You will serve as a primary point of contact, assess needs, and connect families with critical community resources to achieve stability.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, ability to pass background clearances and screenings, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems.

• Monitor family progress and adjust service plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary.

About The Role

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
