Community of Hope is seeking a Family Success Specialist in Washington, DC, offering a hybrid schedule at the Conway Health and Resource Center. You will connect individuals and families visiting the Bellevue Family Success Center with vital resources, maintain a resource database, and coordinate referrals while supporting administrators and partners across programs.

The role requires strong communication, nonprofit experience, and flexibility, with evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of social or human services experience.
• Experience in a nonprofit, social service setting serving under-resourced communities.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers information as it relates to community needs from individuals who visit Bellevue Family Success Center.
• Serves as the primary contact for the Bellevue Family Success Center and responds to requests for information and referrals at the point of contact.
• Builds and maintains an active resource database tool of community organizations and government agencies, including contacts, addresses, phone numbers, emails and services offered.
• Liaises for at least 25 individuals or families weekly visiting the Bellevue Family Success Center and performs warm transfers to partners.
• Provides administrative support to the Community Advisory Committee and the Director of Family Success Center Programs.
• Assists the Director with interdepartmental liaison for partnership information.
• Assists with front desk coverage at Conway Health and Resource Center – Bellevue Family Success Center as needed.
