Job summary

Edmundite Missions seeks a Family Resilience & New Mothers Program Coordinator to plan, implement, and evaluate family-centered programming, promoting stability and well-being for children and families in the community.

The role provides comprehensive case management, develops partnerships, and oversees recruitment, curriculum, budgeting, and evaluation for the New Mothers Program. Collaboration across departments ensures wraparound services and strong community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with grant-funded programs preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems and trauma-informed care.
• Confidentiality and ethics in handling client information.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate family-centered programming to support children, parents, and families.
• Provide strengths-based case management and connect participants with community resources.
• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, curriculum implementation, budgeting, and grant compliance for the New Mothers Program.
• Develop program schedules, materials, and participant resources; monitor outcomes and grant reporting.
• Coordinate wraparound services, partnerships, and cross-department collaboration.
