Job summary

Edmundite Missions is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Family Resilience & New Mothers program to plan, implement, and evaluate family-centered services in the community. You will oversee recruitment, curriculum delivery, budgeting, and grant compliance while collaborating with departments and local partners.

Responsibilities include leading education sessions, coordinating childcare, tracking outcomes, maintaining records, and advocating for wraparound supports to strengthen family

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or ability to obtain within one year.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with grant-funded programs preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems and trauma-informed care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate family-centered programming.
• Recruit, enroll, and retain participants.
• Develop curricula, educational materials, and resources.
• Monitor outcomes and ensure grant compliance.
• Coordinate partnerships and wraparound services.
• Manage program budgets and purchasing records.
• Maintain participant records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate across departments on initiatives and grants.
