Clarvida is seeking a Family Preservation & Reunification Caseworker in Mifflin County, PA to support children, youth, and families in collaboration with the county’s CYS. You will initiate contact with referred families, assist with appointments and foster home visits, and document case notes for compliance.

Court testimony may be required. Role requires a Bachelor's Degree (related field preferred), or a related degree with at least 12 credits in Human Services, plus at least 1 year of

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree in unrelated field with at least 12 credits in a Human Service related course.
• 1 year experience or training with children and/or families.
• Knowledge of child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, or developmental disability service systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Initiate and maintain contact with families referred through Mifflin County CYS.
• Accompany and help families prepare for doctor appointments and attend monthly foster home visits and observations.
• Prepare and complete required documentation including case notes in compliance with regulations and company standards; be prepared to provide court testimony.
