Job summary

Sage-Haus seeks a dedicated Household Manager & Family Assistant in Wilton, CT. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly with a flexible schedule including school pick-ups, afternoons, and occasional overnights. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must love kindergarteners and teenagers.
• Medically complex environment experience preferred (nursing, PT, special education, psychology).
• Comfortable caring for a child with medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Family Support & Child Assistance: Create a warm environment for a school-aged child and teens; school/activity pickups and drop-offs; supervise children; administer medication to school-aged daughter; prep backpacks/clothing/snacks; occasional overnight/weekend care 2x/month a plus.
• Meal Planning & Prep: Prepare healthy, protein-forward meals 5x/week; batch-cook to stock fridge; prepare school lunches; grocery shopping; follow dietary needs; kitchen cleanup.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: Manage household calendars; travel planning; household emails; track expenses; coordinate events and children's activities.
• Inventory & Errands: Restock pantry and supplies; manage household orders/subscriptions; returns and dry cleaning; mail handling; breakdown boxes.
• Household Management & Organization: Create systems; daily resets; prep for weekly cleaners; light tidying; seasonal swaps; packing for travel; plant care; maintenance tasks.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: Oversee cleaners/contractors; research repairs; water lawn; clean outdoor areas; manage quotes.
• Pet Care: Walk dog 1x/day; schedule vet/grooming.
• Vehicle Management: Schedule maintenance; fueling and washing; track registrations/insurance.
