Job summary

Sage-Haus is seeking a dedicated Household Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy Norwell family in the afternoons and evenings. The role centers on childcare with a focus on organization, meal prep, and household coordination.

Position is full-time, 35–40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 35 hours and a schedule from Monday to Thursday 1:00–8:00 PM and Friday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM; occasional overnight coverage may be required. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable with dogs.
• Smoke-free environment required.

Responsibilities

• Afternoon school pickups and after-school supervision with homework help.
• Meal planning and preparation for five days per week.
• Daily household organization, light cleaning, and prep for cleaners.
• Laundry, linens, and wardrobe organization for the family.
• Manage pantry, groceries, and household subscriptions; run errands.
• Occasional overnight coverage when needed.
• Administrative support and calendar awareness for the family.
• Light vehicle upkeep and organization.
