Alvarez & Marsal in Florida is seeking an Associate for Private Client Services – Family Office. You will handle accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-package support for high‑net‑worth families and their private companies in a fast-paced PCS team.

This role requires a strong accounting background (BA/CPA preferred) and excellent communication, analytic, and MS Office skills. The team emphasizes client service, discretion, and collaboration across offices in West Palm Beach and Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Masters in Accounting a plus; CPA (or in process)

Responsabilités

• Record and memorialize transactions; act as conduit for family and third-party professionals
• Manage full accounting processes: posting transactions, maintain general ledger, journal entries, monthly close, financial reports
• Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts; assist in monthly/quarterly financial reports
• Assist in preparation of annual tax package; compile and analyze financial information for accounts
