Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health is seeking a Fill-In Physician to join our mission-driven team and provide high-quality primary care to underserved communities. This role offers exceptional flexibility, including location, with Auburn, Grass Valley, and Rocklin clinics.

You choose when you work based on availability and clinic needs, typically Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM. Salary ranges from $155–$165 per hour, depending on experience, with options to support multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in family practice clinic.
• Licensed California Physician MD or DO.
• Board Certified.
• Current BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting.
• Empowering and advising a talented team of FNPs, Nurses, MAs, LVN's and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities.

You choose when you work based on your availability and clinic needs (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM). Salary:

$155-$165/hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do:
