Lancesoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a primary care/urgent care oriented MC position in West Springfield, MA. The role is onsite and offers a competitive hourly wage on W2 with a range of $70.00 to $74.87 per hour, flexible full-time/part-time scheduling, and every other weekend duties.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recent primary care experience, license in good standing, and readiness to work within a clinical care team. DEA may be required during onboarding.

Qualificações

• 1 year of recent primary care experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care.
• Knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management.
• Strong communication, organization, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work autonomously within a clinical care team.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures and use EMS/health IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary/family evidenced-based care with accurate assessment and treatment.
• Perform routine examinations and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Open/close clinic operations, manage inventory, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Support patient follow-up and health counseling within a team-based model.
