Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Open/close clinic, manage inventory, verify insurance, collect payments, maintain a clean environment.
• Schedule and conduct patient exams, coordinate with other healthcare professionals for a comprehensive plan of care.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care, coordinate with care teams for chronic conditions.
