Lancesoft seeks a Nurse Practitioner with primary care or urgent care experience for a Rockville, MD role. Onsite with float duties, ~20 hrs/week, $70.00–$74.87/hour on W2. DEA may be required during onboarding; some weekend rotations may occur.

The NP will work with a clinical care team to provide evidence-based care, perform exams, and coordinate with providers to improve patient outcomes. A master's NP degree and active license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care NP experience in family medicine, primary care or urgent care.
• Knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management.
• Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving ability; advocates for patients.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work remotely in a clinical care team culture.
• Ability to practice autonomously without direct supervision.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and family, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, and management of health problems.
• Perform administrative duties: open/close clinic, inventory, follow-ups, insurance verification, payments, cleanliness.
• Schedule management and routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Encourage patient participation in health screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management.
