• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the practicing state.
• Minimum of one year of NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care with assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses, injuries, and ongoing conditions.
• Conduct routine physicals, health screenings, and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Coordinate care with other clinicians to ensure continuity.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and assist with scheduling.
