Lancesoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Bloomington, IN onsite role. The position requires prior primary care or urgent care experience, BLS/licensure, and ability to work within a clinical care team.

DEA may be required during onboarding, and weekend rotations are possible. The NP will provide primary and family-based care, perform exams, order tests, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as an NP in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task; self-motivated and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Perform administrative duties: opening/closing clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, billing, cleanliness.
• Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices and coordinate with other healthcare professionals for a comprehensive plan of care.
• Encourage patient engagement in health screenings and chronic condition management.
