Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a MC position available in Worcester, MA. The role is a full/part-time contract onsite with a pay range of $70.00–$74.87 per hour on W-2. Expect 30+ hours per week and weekend rotation in a clinic network across Worcester and nearby towns.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of primary care experience, be licensed as an NP in the state, and be prepared to travel for float coverage. DEA may be required during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care NP experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care.
• Experience with quality measurement in chronic disease management.
• Ability to work autonomously within a clinical care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care with accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Perform clinic operations: open/close, inventory, verify insurance, collect payments, maintain a clean environment.
• Schedule management: handle patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive care plan and drive better patient outcomes.
• Float between Worcester, Leominster, Northborough, Grafton and Charlton clinics as needed.
