Posting Title: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals for both modalities.
  • Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Review patients' medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  • Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and adherence to company values.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with all employees.
  • Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patient information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient-centric care, safety, and accuracy.
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations including HIPAA and other federal and state guidelines.
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments in both clinic and virtual settings.
  • Manage telehealth patient queues to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans.
  • Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  • Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols and complete mandatory compliance training.

  • Propose ideas to improve patient experience and care, and communicate effectively within the team.
  • Support new employee onboarding and training activities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a respectful and friendly work environment.

  • Comply with operational standards and maintain confidentiality.
  • Consult with patients via virtual channels and demonstrate proven telehealth experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements and Preferences
  • Responsible for on-call duties periodically.
  • Levels based on experience: from new grads (Level 1) to over 10 years (Level 4), with specific experience criteria for each.
Education and Licensure

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Active and verifiable licenses as a Family Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, including DEA registration. DOT certification required within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
