Posting Title: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals for telehealth and in-patient services.
  • Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Perform responsibilities as outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  • Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure quality services and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and escalate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and adherence to company values.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with staff.
  • Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses.
  • Deliver patient-centered care through diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy.
  • Ensure activities comply with department expectations and regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments in both in-patient and virtual settings.
  • Manage telehealth patient queues to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and care.
  • Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  • Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training and adhere to company core values.
  • Propose ideas to improve patient experience and care.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and support new employee onboarding and training.
  • Build and maintain credibility and positive relations with staff and patients.
  • Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as specified.
  • Promote a respectful and confidential work environment.
  • Consult with patients via virtual channels and demonstrate proven telehealth experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements and Preferences:
  • Responsible for on-call duties periodically.
  • Level 1: New grads with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Level 2: 1-5 years of experience.
  • Level 3: 5-10 years of experience.
  • Level 4: Over 10 years of experience.
Education & Licenses:

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Active licenses as a Family Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, with DEA registration. DOT certification required within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
