Qualifications

Responsibilities
  1. Lead clinic staff—including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists—in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance to ensure quality and patient satisfaction.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain professional credibility with staff.
  3. Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
  4. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards.
  5. Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  6. Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infections, and wound care.
  7. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostics to develop diagnoses.
  8. Adhere to company core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  9. Maintain friendly, positive relations with clients and colleagues, promoting a positive work environment.
  10. Consult with patients via virtual communication channels.
  11. Proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements and Preferences:
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant practice experience, such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Practice, is strongly preferred.
Education and License Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Family Nurse Practitioner License or Physician Assistant License
