Posting Title: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Responsibilities
  1. Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals for telehealth and in-patient services.
  2. Lead clinic staff behaviors, actions, and attitudes to deliver excellent patient care, providing guidance as needed.
  3. Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  4. Review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  5. Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and ensure quality services and patient satisfaction.
  6. Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns, adhering to company values.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with all employees.
  8. Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  9. Analyze and interpret patient information to develop diagnoses.
  10. Deliver excellent patient care through diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient-centric care, safety, and accuracy.
  11. Ensure activities comply with departmental expectations and regulations, including HIPAA.
  12. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment in both clinic and virtual settings.
  13. Manage telehealth patient queues to ensure proper follow-up.
  14. Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
  15. Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  16. Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols and complete mandatory compliance training.
  17. Adhere to the company's core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  18. Propose ideas to improve patient experience and care.
  19. Maintain regular communication within the team to support excellent patient care.
  20. Support onboarding and training of new employees.

  23. Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as specified.
  24. Comply with operational standards and promote confidentiality.
  25. Consult with patients through virtual channels.
  26. Proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
  27. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements and Preferences:
  • Responsible for on-call duties periodically.
  • Level 1: New grad with up to 1 year of experience as NP or PA.
  • Level 2: NP with over 1 year and less than 5 years of experience; PA with similar experience.
  • Level 3: NP with over 5 and less than 10 years; PA similarly.
  • Level 4: NP with over 10 years; PA with over 10 years.
Education & Licenses:

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Active licenses as a Family Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, including DEA registration. DOT certification required within 120 days of employment and maintained thereafter.
