Job summary

Low T Center in Edmond, OK is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/FNP) to join our energetic team. You will diagnose and treat patients in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea, and hypertension, coordinating care with our Medical Director and Center Director.

You’ll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide care focused on hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and overall wellness.

Credentialing & License Verification

As part of our screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information. Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process. Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider’s scope of practice.

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Clinic is closed from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch when applicable.

Available 2 Saturdays for a regular 4 week month and 3 Saturdays for a 5-week month
