Job summary

Low T Center in Edmond is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/FNP) to join our team focused on hormone therapies and wellness. You will work with the Medical Director and Center Director to deliver patient-centered care and build lasting relationships.

The role requires active Oklahoma NP/PA licensure, a current DEA license, and a current Controlled Substance License, with training across 10 consecutive weekdays. Expect a dynamic, team-oriented clinic environment.

You’ll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide care focused on hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and overall wellness.

Credentialing & License Verification

As part of our screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information. Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process. Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Clinic is closed from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch when applicable.
Available 2 Saturdays for a regular 4 week month and 3 Saturdays for a 5-week month
