Job summary

SynergenX in Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, NP, APRN, or FNP) to join our Edmond clinic as Assistant Clinic Director (ACD). This is a unique role combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities to drive high-quality patient care.

You will deliver direct patient care, perform comprehensive evaluations, collaborate with leadership, support wellness initiatives, supervise staff lightly, and maintain a patient-centric clinic environment for our hormone replacement

Qualifications

• Active board certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA required at the time of hire.
• Active Oklahoma license as NP or PA, in good standing.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current OBNDD registration.
• Minimum of one year of clinical practice.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

Assistant Clinic Director – Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant | Edmond, Oklahoma

Compensation: $120,000 Annual Base Salary + $400/Saturday Incentive + RVU Bonuses

About the Role

The Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) plays an important role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting clinic leadership and daily operations. In this role, you will:

• Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to address hormone-related and wellness concerns.

• Collaborate with the Clinic Director, Physician Medical Director, operations, and management teams to support clinical and operational success.

• Support wellness-oriented programs, including sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services at select locations.

• Share light supervisory responsibilities for clinic support staff.

• Help maintain a professional, collaborative, and patient-focused clinic environment.

Compensation

• $120,000 annual base salary.

• $400 Saturday incentive for each required Saturday shift worked.

• RVU bonuses based on productivity and performance.

Requirements

• Active board certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA required at the time of hire, as applicable to the provider’s discipline.

• Active Oklahoma license as a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, in good standing and without disciplinary restrictions.

• Current DEA registration.

• Current Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (OBNDD) registration.

• Minimum of one year of clinical practice experience.

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Availability to work during clinic hours, including two Saturdays per month.

Hours of Operation

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (two Saturdays per month required; additional incentive pay provided)

Average schedule: 40–41 hours per week.

Training

• Two consecutive full weeks of paid training (10 business days), Monday–Friday.
