Job summary

Low T Center in Edmond, OK is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/FNP) to join a fast-paced clinic focused on hormone replacement therapy and wellness. You will work with the Medical Director to deliver high-quality patient care and build lasting relationships.

The role requires active Oklahoma NP/PA licensing, a current DEA and a CS license, plus the ability to complete 10 consecutive training weekdays. Paid training weeks are included as part of the compensation package.

Credentialing & License Verification

As part of our screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information. Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process. Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.

Clinic Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Clinic is closed from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch when applicable.
Available 2 Saturdays for a regular 4 week month and 3 Saturdays for a 5-week month
