Low T Center is seeking a confident, energetic Mid-Level Provider to join our Little Rock and Hot Springs clinics in a PRN capacity. You’ll work closely with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver personalized care and build lasting patient relationships.

This role emphasizes communication, patient experience, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Training is paid at $65/hour, with Saturdays paid at $400 per shift, and travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients.
• Willingness and ability to travel between Little Rock and Hot Springs locations.
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday–Friday training.
• Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month (three Saturdays in five-Saturday months).

Position Summary

• Comfortable using technology and supporting clinic operations
• Willingness and ability to travel between the Little Rock and Hot Springs locations

Paid Training

We provide two full weeks of paid training at $65/hour.

Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and support you need to feel confident and successful in your new role.

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Lunch: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM

PRN Compensation & Benefits

• $65/hour for weekday shifts
