QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Advance, NC. You will deliver primary care to employees and dependents in an outpatient setting, focusing on quality care over productivity.

This role requires clinical independence, EMR experience (Epic), active licensure, and board certification. The position offers a guaranteed base salary with annual bonus eligibility and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Completed master's level NP or PA program.
• Minimum three years primary care practice experience.
• Active and unrestricted licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA numbers.
• Current National Board Certification.
• May require DOT Medical Examiner Certification depending on duties/location.
• Ability to work independently and with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team while focusing on quality of care over productivity.

2 12hr shifts OR 3 - 12 hr shifts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
