Job summary

QuadMed in Advance, NC seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient care team. You will provide quality primary care to employees and their dependents with a preventative medicine focus, utilizing the Epic EMR.

Schedule: 2, 12-hour shifts—block scheduling supports work‑life balance. Candidates must have a master's degree in NP/PA, 3+ years' primary care, active licensure, and current CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to employees and their dependents in an outpatient setting.
• Work with a team-oriented staff to deliver preventative medicine focus care.
• Utilize EMR (Epic) to document patient care and coordinate services.
