Job summary

QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Advance, NC. You will work with a team-oriented staff to provide quality care to employees and their dependents in an outpatient setting focused on preventive medicine.

Applicants should have a master's degree in their NP/PA program, at least 3 years of primary care experience, active licensure, and proficiency with an EMR (Epic). A valid DOT exam may be required depending on responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA.
• Current National Board Certification.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification.

Job Requirements
