Job summary

QuadMed is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hampton, VA team serving Hampton City Schools employees and their families. This outpatient role emphasizes preventative medicine with a quality-of-care approach and uses EMR Epic to support patient care.

3+ years of primary care experience and current NP/PA license are preferred. QuadMed offers a base salary with bonus eligibility, 10 paid holidays, CME time off and stipends, licensure/certifications reimbursement,

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA licensure and current certification.

Job Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and current National Board Certification
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• 3+ years of experience in primary care strongly preferred
• NPI & DEA
• Background in working with pediatric patients
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
