Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of residency program or medical education program coordination experience; family medicine program experience.
• Master's degree preferred; experience working with diverse individuals and communities; C-TAGME certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the family medicine residency daily activities.
• Oversee faculty and resident scheduling to meet educational objectives and accreditation standards.
• Lead resident recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• May supervise office and administrative staff to support the program's mission.
• Administer the New Innovations residency management software and train users.
• Support finances and regulatory affairs related to the residency program.
