Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager for the East Hartford Family Medicine location. The role focuses on daily operations, staffing, and service quality to enhance patient access and satisfaction.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the local leadership. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least five years of practice management experience are required.

• Minimum of 5 years of medical practice management experience.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day practice operations to maximize patient access and satisfaction.
• Monitor productivity, scheduling, co-pay collections, and key performance metrics.
• Oversee practice budgets and operational expenses.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Address patient and provider concerns and resolve issues promptly.
