ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based organization in Washington. The physician will contribute to developing clinical standards and policies, directing diagnostic and treatment services, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive care, supervising diagnostics, staying current with CDC updates, and coordinating care across departments.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Board certified in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington.
• Unrestricted DEA registration.
• Qualifies for FTCA or equivalent professional liability coverage.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice post-training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervision of diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines, infectious disease developments, and pharmaceutical updates; disseminate to staff.
• Complete all medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Devote full-time efforts to clinical practice; outside speaking or lecturing only if it does not affect practice.
• Provide clinical consultation to other providers and be available for questions.
• Participate in peer review processes for clinical privileges.
• Review test results and implement appropriate care for patients of absent providers.
• Participate in rotating call coverage with other physicians.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues; advocate for patients by explaining procedures.
• Develop goals and policies to improve medical management.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and consultants for follow-up.
• Attend conferences and seminars for continuing education.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and experience.
